If the guitar has a label inside, the label itself should say either "Memphis" or "Nashville" at the bottom. That should be enough to tell you where it was built. These do not have serial numbers on the back of the headstock. Memphis Custom shop basically does the production ES's, solids and historics done in Nashvillle. Maybe the 15xxxx means Memphis, year, and xxxx is the production number. Does that make sense? I have the same question,with a 6 digit serial.

I think it says 0 for , 5 for Memphis, and for the rd guitar made at the Gibson Memphis Custom Shop in Look at the orange label inside the bass side F-hole.

I bet it is an ES not a CS will "probably" be a made in Memphis and the rd one from that run. Sorry, I overlooked the diamond inlay point.
